Only a few yards from Summerhill you will find the entrance to the new "Greenway walks". Recently the old Chester railway line has been converted into a walkway and cycle path. A very pleasant rural walk into the Cheshire countryside, or a leisurely stroll which takes you straight into Chester City Centre. For the more adventurous the walkway leads into the open countryside of North Wales.

 

The walk can also be linked up to the various "Canal path walks" in and around Chester.

 

Definitely a must during your visit to Chester.
